The app is provided by Northstar Infinity Works Ltd (company number 17326480), C/O: Elsg Ltd Regus, Building 2, Building 2, Marlins Meadow, Watford, England, WD18 8YA. These terms apply alongside the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
What the app is
An independent study aid for the Life in the UK Test. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Office. The questions are original practice exercises, not questions from the official test.
Scores in the app are study results. They are not a prediction of your result in the official test, and no one can guarantee a pass.
The app is not immigration or legal advice, and it does not decide whether you qualify for settlement or citizenship. Check GOV.UK for the rules that apply to you.
Free and paid content
Free: the 24-question assessment, chapter 1 and its practice questions.
The one-time purchase unlocks the full study package in this app: every chapter, all practice questions and all ten mock tests. It is not a subscription and it does not expire. It does not include other products we may offer separately, which would always be clearly marked as separate.
The price is the one your app store shows before you confirm. Payment, refunds and restoring a purchase on a new phone are handled by your app store under its rules.
Corrections
If a question or explanation is wrong, tell us and we will correct it in a future update. Corrections are included in the purchase.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the app is faulty or not as described.
Use of the content
The text, questions and figures are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy them for others, publish them or build another product from them.
