A Polish-language bookkeeping and tax application for self-employed people in the UK. Ulga scans receipts and CIS payment statements from a phone photo, keeps digital income and expense records, estimates the CIS tax refund, prepares the annual Self Assessment figures and supports Making Tax Digital quarterly reporting.

Free plan: account, document scanner and refund estimate, up to 15 documents per month.

Paid subscriptions for individuals: from £9.99 to £29.99 per month, or £99 to £299 per year.

Plans for accounting firms: from £49 per month.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; payments are processed by Stripe in GBP.

Fair terms

Payments, refunds & cancellations

Prices and payment. All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product's site and at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Cancellation. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in the app, with effect from the end of the paid period — no notice period and no phone calls required. If we raise a price, we give at least 30 days' notice so you can cancel first.

Refunds. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. In practice: email us within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund the fee. The one exception is a submission already filed with HMRC or Companies House — a completed filing cannot be reversed, so its fee becomes non-refundable at the moment of submission.

Disputes and complaints. Write to us first — we usually reply within two working days and resolve issues directly. Full company policies: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellations; each product also publishes its own detailed terms and privacy policy on its site.
