Each of our products publishes its own detailed privacy policy covering the data that product processes; for product data, the product policy is the authoritative document.
This corporate site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers. Our hosting and network providers (Vercel; Cloudflare) process technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested page — in server logs for security and delivery, as any website host does. We do not use this data to profile visitors.
If you write to us, we process your address and the content of the correspondence to answer you, on the lawful basis of legitimate interest. We keep correspondence for as long as an ongoing matter requires, and then as evidence for the period in which legal claims could arise.
Our products process the data their users put into them — for example bookkeeping records and tax documents in Ulga, or company numbers and filing deadlines in PromptFiling. That processing is described product by product: see the privacy policy published on each product's site or in the application (for PromptFiling: promptfiling.co.uk/privacy). Product data lives with our processors in the United Kingdom or under UK GDPR-compliant safeguards, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] — we answer within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.
