These terms set out the framework on which Northstar Infinity Works Ltd ("we", "us") provides its websites and online products. Each product — for example Ulga (ulga.co.uk) and PromptFiling (promptfiling.co.uk) — publishes its own detailed terms of service on its site or in the application; for that product, the product terms apply and take precedence over this page wherever they are more specific.
Northstar Infinity Works Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17326480, registered office C/O: Elsg Ltd Regus, Building 2, Marlins Meadow, Watford, England, WD18 8YA. Contact: [email protected] (hello (at) northstarinfinity (dot) com).
Our products are software tools. They help you keep records, watch deadlines and prepare filings, and where a filing is submitted it happens only after your explicit approval. We are not a firm of accountants, tax advisers or solicitors, and nothing in our products is professional advice. Where a situation needs a professional, the products say so plainly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must not use our services to break the law, to submit information you know to be false, or to probe, overload or attack our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product's site and at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the paid period. If we raise a price we give at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are described in our Refunds & cancellations policy.
We aim to keep our services available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted availability — maintenance windows, supplier outages and outages of government systems (such as HMRC or Companies House) happen. We may improve and change product features; if we withdraw something you genuinely rely on, we give notice and a way to take your data with you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a product is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of protections they enjoy where they live.
We may update this page. Material changes are announced on the affected product with reasonable notice. The "last updated" date above always tells you when the text last changed.
