We build and operate our own online products for small businesses: Ulga, a Polish-language bookkeeping and tax app for the self-employed; PromptFiling, Companies House deadline reminders and dormant-accounts filing; MySentry, website monitoring from £1.99 per month; and CrawlSonar, which tracks how often AI assistants recommend a brand.
No. Our products are software tools: they keep records, watch deadlines and prepare filings, and any filing is submitted only after your explicit approval. Nothing in them is professional advice, and where a situation needs an accountant the products say so.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You cancel yourself, in the app, at any time - it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. No notice period, no cancellation fee. Price rises come with at least 30 days' notice.
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period: e-mail us within 14 days of a purchase and we refund the fee. The one exception is a filing already submitted to HMRC or Companies House - a completed submission cannot be recalled, so its fee becomes non-refundable at the moment of filing. Stripe. All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout before you pay. We never see or store full card numbers.
