This page expands on the summary shown on our home page. It applies to purchases from Northstar Infinity Works Ltd across our products; where a product's own terms are more specific, they take precedence.
You can cancel at any time, yourself, in the product's settings — no notice period, no phone call, no reason needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until then everything keeps working. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. By starting to use a paid feature immediately you agree that we begin providing the service before those 14 days end; if you then withdraw, a proportionate charge for what you already used may apply. In practice we keep it simple: e-mail us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the fee.
A submission that has already been filed with HMRC or Companies House cannot be recalled — the service has been performed in full at the moment of submission. The fee for a completed filing is therefore non-refundable once the filing has been sent. Every filing in our products happens only after your explicit approval, so this moment is always in your hands.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Stripe. We action approved refunds promptly; banks typically show the money within 5–10 working days of the refund being issued.
If we raise the price of a subscription, we tell you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect and nothing changes for the remainder of your paid period.
If something is wrong, write to [email protected] first — we usually reply within two working days and resolve issues directly, faster than a card dispute would. If you do raise a chargeback, we respond to it through Stripe with the transaction records.
